Informed consent

The Social Psychology Network has a very nice page summarizing the key aspects that an informed consent form should have. We recommend you read this first.

You will need to create your own informed consent form particular to your project and what you wish to do. To get you started, we have included a couple of examples below.

• This is an form used by a group of researchers in the School of Information when investigating the way that people used photographs.

• This is a template from Morgan's Office of Sponsored Programs and Research.
