Consent for Participation in Research Game Development

Researchers: Kevin, Jason, Juan, Frank, Sean

Description of Participation

You, the participant, shall be involved in using a low-fidelity game design to the best of your ability, and with as little help from the researchers as possible. Your involvement will include performing a number of tasks that will be described to you beforehand. We will keep your participation and involvement anonymous.

Purpose of Involvement

The reason we need your help is to open our eyes to flaws in our design that we may have overlooked. For example, if you get stuck at a particular point in the game and don't know what to do, then perhaps this was a mistake on our part, not yours.

Risks of Participation

There is no risk.

I agree and consent to the above which outlines my participation. I also understand that at any point during the participation process I can choose to opt-out for whatever reason without need for explanation.
